    BRANDY ADAY-SPRINGER

    CEO, MSW, LCSW, MVF-CSW, CCTP

Brandy Aday-Springer is a highly-skilled, Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. Originally from Louisiana, Brandy has built a reputation for her compassionate approach and dedication to helping individuals and families navigate complex emotional and psychological challenges. She earned her graduate degree in social work from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, where the U.S. Army trained her.

Brandy is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and holds a specialty credential as a Military Service Member, Veterans & Their Families – Clinical Social Worker (MVF-CSW) from the National Association of Social Workers, reflecting her extensive experience and commitment to working with this community. Her professional background includes serving active-duty soldiers, airmen, and their families through programs such as the Exceptional Family Member Program, the Family Advocacy Program, and as a Mental Health provider in the U.S. Air Force.

Brandy’s expertise spans a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities. She is highly skilled in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a gold-standard trauma therapy that helps clients process and resolve distressing memories by targeting and reprogramming how they are stored in the brain. For complex trauma, she also employs Brain spotting, a focused technique designed to access and release deeply held emotional pain through identifying and processing “brain spots.” Additionally, Brandy is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, which involves gradually confronting obsessive fears and reducing compulsive rituals. She integrates Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to address the impact of trauma on thoughts and behaviors, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to support emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy to help clients face and diminish the impact of trauma-related triggers. Complementing these modalities, she incorporates Motivational Interviewing to enhance client-driven change and mindfulness practices to promote grounding and present-moment awareness. This comprehensive and trauma-informed approach allows her to tailor treatment plans to the unique needs of each client with precision and care.

Brandy’s work is deeply informed by her connection to the military community as the spouse of a disabled Army veteran, a military mom, a mother-in-law, and a sister. These personal roles provide her with profound insight into the challenges service members and their families face, enriching her ability to provide supportive, effective care tailored to their unique experiences.

Outside of her professional life, Brandy is a devoted wife and mother of two and four grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs, traveling, and discovering new things. Brandy embraces the joys of her personal and professional life with grace and gratitude, finding inspiration in new experiences and the connections she builds along the way.
