Brandy Aday-Springer is a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. Originally from Louisiana, Brandy has built a reputation for her compassionate approach and dedication to helping individuals and families navigate complex emotional and psychological challenges. She earned her graduate degree in social work from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, and has since become certified as a clinical trauma professional. Brandy’s expertise spans a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), prolonged exposure therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. This diverse skill set allows her to address the unique needs of each client with precision and care.
Brandy’s work is deeply informed by her personal connection to the military community, as she is the spouse of a disabled Army veteran and has strong familial ties to military service. This background gives her a profound understanding of the challenges faced by service members and their families, enriching her ability to provide effective support. Outside of her professional life, Brandy is a devoted wife and mother of two, with Four grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs, embracing the joys of both her personal and professional life with grace and gratitude.
